Volunteer to help
The New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation has become one of the country’s most trusted charitable organisations. In 2005 we raised over $1.6 million through public support, corporate sponsorship and major special events such as In the Pink, October Breast Cancer Awareness Month and the Pink Ribbon Day Street Appeal.
You can get involved and help make a difference!
Many volunteers who help during October with the Pink Ribbon Day Street Appeal do so because they feel they are contributing to a worthwhile cause by way of their time, energy and expertise. Our volunteers often tell us that they feel a real sense of personal achievement after participating in the Day and many return year after year to help. Without our dedicated team of volunteers Pink Ribbon Day simply would not happen.
Whether you have a whole day to spare or just a few hours, the Foundation welcomes your contribution – the amount of time you give is up to you.
