Dragon Boat Teams
Dragon boating has become a popular team sport and recovery vehicle for women after they have finished their treatment. The teams also act as a very good support network for each other. Contact your local cancer society to see if a team is in your area.

Look Good – Feel Better
A free national public workshop programme dedicated to teaching women with cancer, through hands on experience, techniques to help restore their appearance and self-image during chemotherapy and radiation treatment.

Lymphoedema Society
This group’s main focus is women who have had lymph nodes removed during surgery. This society gives information on exercises, coping skills and support garments to try and prevent post operative Lymphoedema. Talk to your local Cancer Society for a contact number.
