SkyCity Hotel in Auckland is offering two lucky people the chance to spend a night at the top of the Sky Tower on Valentine's Eve, complete with a private Las Vegas-style suite for your exclusive use.

To enter the competition, all you have to do is make a bid on the auction site TradeMe, with all auction proceeds going to The New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation.

On the night SkyCity's Sky Deck, a circular glass wrapped area around Auckland's tallest structure, a breath-taking 60 floors up with a 360-degree view of Auckland, will be transformed into a luxurious ‘Vegas Hotel' styled suite for the exclusive use of the successful bidder and his/her guest.

You will be welcomed to SkyCity ‘Vegas' style, with a personal ‘Learn to Play' one hour gaming session in bar twentyone. Then, ascend to your private suite for a three course meal and bottle of champagne - the room is all yours for the night. The next morning you'll also be served a full buffet breakfast in your room.

On Valentine's Day you'll be treated to a private SkyWalk and a ‘Staying in Touch' massage at East Day Spa. You will leave with two SkyCity Vegas Vista V.I.P Suite bathrobes and one hundred dollars worth of SkyCity Bonus Play Chips.

If the winners live outside Auckland, you will also receive two return economy flights to Auckland (ex Wellington, Christchurch or Dunedin) travelling to Auckland on 13 February and returning home on 14 February 2010 (transfers to and from Auckland Airport included).

1. The successful bidder and his/her guest must both be 20 years of age or older and must not be prohibited from entering SKYCITY Auckland.
2. If the successful bidder and his/her guest live outside Auckland, they must be available to travel to and from Auckland between 13 - 14 February 2010.
3. All items included in the SKYCITY ‘Vegas Vista VIP Suite' experience are not exchangeable, transferrable or redeemable for cash.
4. All travel and other expenses not included in the SKYCITY ‘Vegas Vista VIP Suite' experience (including, but not limited to, spending money and travel to and from Wellington, Christchurch or Dunedin) are the successful bidder's and his/her guest's responsibility.
5. Bonus Play Chips can only be played at SKYCITY Casino, Auckland on selected table games (excluding Poker and Rapid Roulette) and are not negotiable or exchangeable for SKYCITY Action Rewards points. SKYCITY is under no obligation to replace any lost or stolen Bonus Play Chips.
6. SKYCITY reserves the right to withdraw and replace any item included in the SKYCITY ‘Vegas Vista VIP Suite' experience with an item of approximate value should that item not be available for any reason.
7. Placing a bid confirms acceptance to participate in any reasonable publicity of SKYCITY.
