Breast Cancer Month is this October.There are lots of ways to get involved and help the eight women a day diagnosed with breast cancer in New Zealand.
Remember to start having regular mammograms from 40 and get any unusual breast changes checked out. It's not only lumps you need to look out for so get to know your normal.
